Aluminium Oxide finishing, polishing & deburring wheel - Hard resin bond (not soft cotton bond)
GFX wheels and mounted points are a semi-flexible cotton/rubber/resin bonded abrasive designed specifically for use on stainless steel and other tough/hard metals to blend & de-colourise welds on fabricated components.
Also for de-burring and polishing of stainless steel components.
Not suitable for polishing or creating a brushed effect on a large area of steel.
Typically:
For removing medium to heavy burrs, lines from casting and forging.
For deburring stainless steel pipe threads and punched holes.
For smoothing radii on stamped metal parts, polishing welds.
