• EDM - ORANGE – Hard aluminium oxide structured stone especially developed for the polishing of EDM machined surfaces. Breaks down slowly and retains shape. Excellent results on all hard tool steels.
• Die Star – TAN/GREEN – Medium soft aluminium oxide, excellent for all mould & die surface finishing. Fast cutting, load resistant stone which quickly conforms to contours.
• Moldmaster – DARK GREY – Hard silicon carbide stone, tough with minimum bonding material – permits fast cutting & breaks down slowly.
• YL-OIL – IVORY – Semi hard aluminium oxide - Oil Filled to prevent loading. Very popular stone widely used for EDM scale removal. Good cutting with moderate breakdown. Can be used dry or with stoning oil.
• Ruby – PINK – Sharp aluminium oxide grains in a medium bond for aggressive cutting. Very good results and finish on all hard tool steels and exotic metals. Maintains shape and is load resistant.
• Superfine – WHITE – Soft aluminium oxide – Fine grit soft bonded stone with rapid breakdown for final finishing work.
• Regular – GREY/GREEN – Premium silicon carbide grain for fast cutting with a medium break down rate. For general mould and die polishing on all tool steels. Retains shape whilst breaking down evenly.
• MX Finishing Sticks – Honing sticks that are long lasting, very strong and slow to load. Work with many materials including steels, stainless, aluminium etc
